Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

  • Account details you provide when registering — name, email, password, and agency information.
  • Workspace data you add or sync — client projects, keywords, reports, branding, and connected integration metadata.
  • Technical data such as browser type, IP address, and usage logs needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

  • To operate your Axora workspace, sync marketing platforms you connect, and generate reports.
  • To authenticate users, invite teammates, and enforce role-based access inside your agency.
  • To improve product performance, prevent abuse, and communicate important service updates.

3. Connected platforms

  • When you connect Google, Meta, or other providers, Axora requests only the scopes needed for reporting features you enable.
  • Tokens and credentials are stored securely and used to pull metrics on your behalf. You can disconnect an integration at any time.
  • Third-party platforms remain governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • We may share limited information with infrastructure providers that help host, secure, or deliver the product — under confidentiality obligations.
  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Axora and its users.

5. Data retention & security

  • We retain account and workspace data while your agency subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups and legal compliance.
  • We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

  • You can update agency branding and profile details in Settings.
  • You can request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing hello@axora.app.
  • Team members can be removed by an Admin from Agency Settings.
